Passes never expire the way a membership does. The ten-visit one has a year on it from the first punch, and that's the only clock in here.
Buy any of them at the desk. Nothing needs booking ahead: climbing is walk-in, and classes are the only thing with a cap.
Class credits are the part of a gym membership everyone finds confusing, so here is the whole of it.
Most classes cost one credit. The two certification courses cost two, because they're ninety minutes and two hours with a coach who has eight people or fewer.
Credits land on your billing date and clear on the next one. Unused ones expire, and the members page shows that as its own line rather than quietly adjusting a number.
Cancel more than 12 hours before a class and the credit comes straight back. Cancel inside that and it's spent, because at that point the coach has planned around you and somebody else has stopped checking.
You just pay the drop-in price for that one. Nothing gets blocked, and the members page shows which of the two happened on every booking.
Up to the cap on your plan. Once you're at the cap the next month's grant is partly forfeited, which shows on the ledger with the number that was lost.
You get a place in line, not a booking, and nothing is charged for it. If somebody ahead of you drops out you're in, and the credit comes off then.
Rent it until you know what you actually like. The shop sells the same shoes and will fit them properly, which is worth more than the discount.
Takes about five minutes. Bring ID, and a card for the first month. Nobody will try to sell you a personal training package on the way out.
