Three weeks out
From a first-ever session to lead certification. Every one has a hard cap, because a coach watching sixteen people is a coach watching nobody.
Pick a session to book it. Scroll the strip sideways for the rest of the week.
Pick the class and the date you want. The desk confirms by email, usually the same day.
What each one is, who runs it, how many get in, and what it costs if you're paying at the desk. Members with class credits spend those instead.
Shoes, chalk, how to fall, and forty minutes actually climbing. No experience, no gear, no rope.
Top-rope belay certification. Knots, commands, catching a fall, and the test at the end. Pass it and the ropes open up.
Clipping, back-clipping, taking a real lead fall on purpose. Six people, two hours, one rope each.
Footwork, body tension, and the drills that fix them. Lunchtime, so you can climb badly and still make your 2pm.
Pulling, pressing, and the antagonist work nobody does until their elbow hurts. Before work.
Hips, shoulders, and the parts of you that got short. Mats provided. The Sunday one is the slower of the two.
Saturday mornings. Games, ropes, and a lot of chalk on the floor.
Team only. Tryouts run twice a year and the roster is set for the season.
Thursday nights. Free with any membership, and there's always someone happy to spot you.
Sunday afternoons, free to everyone, adaptive equipment and trained belayers on hand. Tell us what you need when you book.
Fresh set every Friday, scorecards on the desk, and pizza at nine. Free with any membership.
Sets most of what you climb here and runs the belay and lead courses. Thinks technique beats trying harder, and is usually right.
Takes almost every first-timer through their first session. Good at making a wall look shorter than it is.
Runs the movement lab. Will film you falling off the same problem six times and then explain exactly why.
Strength work for climbers, and the adaptive session on Sundays. Trained as a physio before she trained anyone else.
Yoga on Wednesday mornings and Sunday mornings, and the person who started Thursday climb night.
